Trade In Policy

CURVY GIRL offers trade for your preloved items NOW, NOT later. We accept quality merchandise for trade 3 days of every week EXCLUDING holidays and sale weeks. Your in-store credit is valid for a whole year. Trade days are Tuesday's,Thursday's and Saturdays BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Please let us know if you have a time restraint before we begin to look. We go through your items while you shop and we take ALL that we can. We accept women's PLUS SIZE clothing size LARGE/12 through 30/5X. Shoe sizes 8 and up. ALL CLOTHING including BRAS, SLEEPWEAR, BATHING SUITS, SCRUBS, SHOES, ACCESSORIES, PURSES or HANDBAGS are taken at CURVY GIRLS’s discretion. 

We DO ask that you bring in the current seasons items. SPRING/SUMMER-February-End of July / WINTER- August-February. We do NOT itemize your items, but you have the option to provide a list with your inventory. Because of the large volume of item’s we go through daily, we do NOT guarantee how your go backs will be returned to you (ex. neatly folded). We are NOT responsible for go backs that are left behind. If left, We will attempt to call for a rapid 24 hour pick up, if not the items will be donated immediately. THANK YOU for understanding, our space is limited. Items purchased with store credit cannot be returned

 ITEMS WE CAN NOT TAKE: Clothing that is faded, pili, stained, ripped, damaged, missing buttons/snaps, dirty or full of pet hair. Please make sure items are wrinkle and odor free. No clothing older than 4/5 years old unless “vintage” or “classic”. Wedding or bridal party specific dresses are limited. Items that advertise a business/experience. Hard to sell items. We reserve the right to limit our intakes to contemporary, trendy & quality items.

Curvy Girl Promise

If we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order/item, we will make it right. Shoot curvygirlboutique@yahoo.com an email explaining the situation and we'll get back to you as soon as we can with a solution!

Important to know:

· To qualify for a refund, items must be NEW WITH TAGS (designer tag) and item must be returned with the original tags attached.

· If your item does not arrive as described, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can research your concern. 

· Return shipping charge is not refundable.

Due to the nature of our business, items purchased that are gently used cannot be returned for FULL purchase price. We are unable to manage or determine whether the item was worn or not; therefore, Curvy Girl will be unable to do a FULL refund. We will consider purchasing the item back from you at a fraction of the price and will issue store credit.

Local customers have the option of picking up items that are purchased online. If the item is picked up, tried on in the store, and doesn’t meet your expectations, we will issue you a refund. 

Store credit cannot be used for online purchases and can only be redeemed in one of our locations.

We are not responsible for orders that have been lost in the mail or stolen from mail receptacles. If the USPS tracking number says delivered, we have no choice but to trust the postal services
